EOFY religious worker RFBA

Hi,

I am finalising the EOFY return for the religious workers.   I moved to STP Phase 2 in January this year.  Previously I don't have to report the salary sacrifice under Section 57 in STP Phase 1, now with STP Phase 2, I have to report as a deduction.   Just wonder if I have to manually put in a figure in MYOB EOFY finalisation under RFBA, if so, do I put in the full year figure or just the figure after moving on to STP Phase 2.
