EOFY unable to submit

Hi, I am trying to submit my EOFY Finalisation, however each time i receive the message

"Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser"  I have tried this several times now and have to keep re-entering data.  I need to finalise today!  any ideas?

    Hi VickiC3,

     

    Thanks for your post. This can be resolved by refreshing the browser, using a different browser, opening a private window, and clearing the cache of your browser.
