error message on EOFY finalisation

Hi, I entered amont under "RFBA" and click "Finalise and notify the ATO", then error message appears as below:

something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser.

i tried couple of times and days, it is same error massage.

Super frustrating as I have no idea why. Please help
