Error when reversing a pay - AccountRight needs to close
Hi,
We need to reverse a payroll in FY 2024 due to an STP error and each time we are getting an error message that AccountRight needs to close.
Is anyone else having the same issue? Is there a solution?
We have been trying daily for the last week and we keep getting the error.
