Exporting to MYOB from Bundyplus

Hello we have been trialling the Bundyplus app and exporting timesheets into MYOB account right.

We allocate a job code to our payroll categories so we can then run a report at the end of month showing profit and loss in the current job allocations.  Since using Bundyplus the job codes are not all appearing in the general ledger when a report is run even though it is coded when you drill down and look at the employees pay for that fortnight.   I have asked Bunduyplus support and they have said its a MYOB issue.  This makes it very time consuming as we have to go back and do a general journal to correct all the job codes that are missing.

    Hi KS4,

     

    Thanks for posting. Hopefully someone using BundyPlus can share some insights here. I can see you’re trying to move your timesheet information from BundyPlus into MYOB. As BundyPlus is a separate time-and-attendance application, the export setup and connection are managed by BundyPlus. Please contact BundyPlus support to confirm the correct export steps for the MYOB product you’re using.

    Thanks, but I have already contacted Bundyplus and they said the coding issue is a MYOB problem.  As we do not code the wages in Bundyplus but in the myob software.  After exporting from Bundyplus we have coded all the payroll categories in MYOB but they do not appear in the report as coded.

    Hi KS4,

     

    Thanks for getting back to us. If the payroll categories are already coded in MYOB but still aren’t showing correctly in the report, it usually points to a setup or mapping issue. It may be linking correctly on the pay itself, but not flowing through properly to the reporting side.

     

    This sounds like it needs a proper look at the file you’re importing. It’s best to reach out to our team by phone or live chat through our virtual assistant MOCA so you can share the file and work through with you.
