Looking at your account, based on the notes they do indicate that you are encountering a Something has gone wrong... message which sounds like a different situation than being stopped by entering a pay based on the payroll year date.
So the MYOB Community can offer additional assistance to your situation would you be able to provide additional information into what is occurring i.e. when you are getting that message? What is the exact wording of the message? - if it does include an error log (bottom left) can you provide that error log.
