Funds Requested Super

I just noticed that my August super processed on 18/9 is still pending Funds Requested.  Please help to get this payment processed.

    Hi Intulife,

     

    One thing you could do to attempt to force the page to request a new status update from the servers is to go to Payroll > Manage Payments and then click the refresh icon on the top right.

     

    But if the payment has still not left your nominated bank account, please let me know and I will look into this for you.
