Great question— and you're spot on, this one's an easy fix. Totally get wanting to make your pay slips sound a bit more friendly. You can change that greeting to show the first name instead of the surname.
If you're using AccountRight:
- Head to Setup.
- Click Preferences
- Go to Emailing tab
- Click Email Defaults
- Then select Pay Slips
- From there, update the email message and use first name
If you're using MYOB Business:
- Click on the gear icon (top-right corner)
- Choose Payroll settings
- Select Pay slip email defaults
- You'll be able to edit the message and use first name instead
