Hi Chris,
We sold our business some years back and retained the company just to hold investments. There was no payroll and inventory anymore and minimal transactions, so we cancelled our subscription and downgraded to an MYOB desktop version. This was before STP began. We now need to upgrade to a subscription and set-up STP for two employees. I think the MYOB Lite subscription should be fine for us. Once I purchase the new subscription, is it easy to upload the file myself? My existing MYOB company file is the lastest desktop version 2025.3.0.
Recommend to send a support request via browser under your company name (top right) and my account, to migrate your existing desktop file to a new MYOB lite subscription.
