Hi There, having issues across all my accounts and have signed up for payday super for more than 2 weeks now, have not receive the bank notification. Can you help me reset? I've tried the live chat option and have waited for hours and nobody seems to be there, tried this across 3-4 days and there's no number to call.
Can someone help please on how do I reset, there doesn't seem to be an option.

Waiting this long to get your Pay Super sign-up sorted would be really frustrating, I’m sorry for both the delay and the experience you’ve had.
We’re currently working through higher-than-usual demand across our support channels, which has meant longer wait times than we’d like. Our team is actively working through the backlog and doing their best to bring those wait times down.
