i cant open an employee card, it keeps shutting down

Help, i need to update an employee card but am not able to open it, all others are ok

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! So I can take a look into this for you, can you please retrieve the AccountRight diagnostic log after this has happened and attach it to this thread as a .TXT file so I can investigate for you.

        Thank you. We have a script that we can run over your file to fix this error, so I can arrange this can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the file ID of the file experiencing this (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
