Identify returned super from MYOB Pay Super

We received two returned super on 26/6 and 24/7 respectively.  We used MYOB Pay super to pay super but we have not received any notifications as to who these returned super belongs to.  Are we expecting something from MYOB to let us know who these returned super belongs to?  It would be hard for us to locate as quite a number of employees received the same amount of super in the previous pay periods.

    Hi jennielo1,

     

    Sounds like a bit of a head-scratcher with those returned super payments. To get this sorted, the best mob to help would be our Pay Super team. Just head over to this link: Changing your Pay Super payment details, then scroll down to the "Still need help?" section and you'll be able to get in touch with the right folks from there. They'll be able to dig into the details and let you know exactly who those returned payments belong to.
