Hi there nduro,
Once you enable the "Send Emails Using AccountRight" option for Payroll, the process changes slightly compared to using your management email directly. When you send Payroll Advice through MYOB using the "Send Emails Using AccountRight" feature, the emails are sent directly from the MYOB system rather than your personal management email. The emails are being delivered on your behalf using MYOB's email server and sent from the apps.myob.com domain. You can check this link for more information.

Thanks. Understood. But what will our staff see as a sender email address? And if they replied to that email from myob where would it go?

Hi nduro,
The "from email address" that email receivers will see will be different from what they would see if the emails were sent from Outlook. The emails will have the characters @apps.myob.com. You can read through the frequently asked questions at this link to learn more about this.
