Importing New employees

Can anyone provide advice on how to import new employees into Account Rite? I have a file mapped but MYOB is only importing personal details and nothing else.

Welcome to the Community Forum!

 

When you have a mapped file, you'll need to verify that all fields in your import file are correctly mapped to the corresponding fields in AccountRight. Ensure that the file you are importing is in the correct format and includes all necessary fields. You can check out this link for more info on importing data to AccountRight.
