Inactive Employees

Good afternoon,   I was wondering if anyone could assist with a query relating to batch inactive employees. We are a seasonal business who puts through around 400-500 employees per year through MYO...

    Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

     

    You can use the Export function.

    Export the Employee cards, you don't need to export everything, just a few basics like, name, address, card id and whatever else you want but make sure to include "card status".

    When you open the export in Excel the column Card Status will show either a Y or a N.

    The Y means that employee is Inactive, and the N is a active employee.

    Change all those you want to change and save.

    Then Import the saved file and "update" the Employee cards.
