Incorrect ETP amount

Hi,

I am running reconciliation for STP YTD verification report against our payroll summary and found that one of the employee's ETP figure is four times as much than actual amount and the record in our system. 

The possible error occured in the system was the ETP was "deleted" a few times instad or reversed and it has been rerported several times on STP which accumulate the balance on top instead of overwrote the balance like normal pay. 

I have read lots of solutions to reverse the transaction but it is only one transaction in the system as the ETP was deleted like other normal pays, which normally do not cause any and there are no multiple records to reverse against for correction. 

I have also tried to run the zero payslip but it does not update for ETP part, not like others. If somebody could assist me, that would be much appreciated.
