Incorrect STP File sent
I sent an STP file in Septemer 2023 with 2 employees and it was shown as blank - Nil wage yet when checking the payslips entered in MYOB the correct wages are shown so not sure why a blank one was sent and how can I correct this. Many thanks

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum.I'm sorry to hear about the information in the STP report. Generally, the STP report lines show zero if the pay run is recorded after the pay date. This means that the report recognizes the pay run as an update event. Regardless, if all the pay information is correct for those pay run, this won't create any issue.
