invalid address for employee

I do payroll in STP2. A new employee started about 6 weeks ago. Every time I submit payroll, since this new employee started, I get an error message saying the employee's home address is invalid. Th...

Thanks for your post.

 

Since you already tried different search engines to see if the address exists but still the same error. To correct the situation, kindly delete the address entered then manually type it in. Please let me know how it goes.

Doreen,

I did as you suggested. It did not work.

Another person also suggested doing it in all 5 address fields.

This did not work.

I am still getting the same error.

Any other ideas?

    Kindly send me a private message with the following details: 

     

    • Serial number
    • Name of primary contact and email address
    • Business name
    • Screenshot of where you are trying to edit the address of the employee
