Invalid super Error
Hi,
I am trying to process the pay day super while getting following error message
Please help me to resolve it urgently as it is causing compliance risk for us now.

I can see why this feels urgent, especially with Payday Super deadlines in mind. That error usually means there’s something in the employee or fund details that needs to be fixed before the payment can go through. You can hover over the red cross icon in the super payments screen to see the specific error code. From there, you can follow this link, which has troubleshooting steps for super payment issues.

There is no Error code, When i hover on exclamation sign it displays following message
While Other employees with Hesta super has been successfully submitted

Thanks for getting back to me and sharing the error message. This usually happens when something in the employee or super fund details doesn’t quite match what’s expected.
The most common causes are the super fund details in the file not matching the fund’s correct details, special characters in the employee’s name, or letters entered in the employee’s phone number instead of numbers. It’d be worth giving that employee card a double-check to make sure all the details have been entered correctly.
