Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.
When logging to MYOB Team app, make sure that your application is the latest version as well as the device you will use. Kindly make sure that the iOS is up to date as well. Also, please uninstall then reinstall the application. You may also check The Help Article Getting started with MYOB Team for further information.

Yes i have done all of that (as mentioned in my first post all up to date) and it still says email or password not recognised

Thanks for updating us about this.
Were you able to add yourself as an employee then added to the location? If not, kindly add yourself as well as that is reason why when you tried to log in, the email address or password is not recognised.

Yes i have my own log in on my phone. So which log in should i be using on the kiosk ipad in my business for my staff to clock in? I have tried logging in with both and neither work. Is there any chance of getting a resoloution before the week is out?

When logging in to the KIOSK app, you need to be added first in a location that was set up in MYOB Team Admin Portal. Once done, you need add yourself as an approving manager on that location. Make sure that you already added yourself in the Employees tab in MYOB Team Admin Portal with the correct email address that you will be using to log in the KIOSK app.
