Leave Reason

MYOB leave requests have stopped working.  When applying for leave the leave reason is a blank screen, cannot submit without this.  

I have applied for leave before and has worked.  I have deleted the app and reinstalled.

No staff members leave reason is working.    

How do I fix this.

    Hi Rach_W,

    If the leave reason is showing as blank in the MYOB Team app for one employee, a common cause is that the employee’s leave entitlement/pay item setup isn’t linked correctly. The leave pay item needs to be created and linked to the relevant wage pay item, and it also needs to be assigned to the employee for it to appear in the leave reason list in the app.  You can also visit this help page Using the MYOB Team mobile app for more troubleshooting. 

    If all of that looks right and the leave reason is still blank, another step that has helped in similar cases is to remove and re-invite the employee in the Team admin portal, which can refresh the entitlement sync to the app.
