Living Super not coming up as an option in Super annuation accountd

Hi, 

 

We have an employee who received a letter from their superfund telling them they are changing to Living Super, USI 43905581638019.  This does not come up as an option in the superannuation funds listed.  As it is not a self managed superfund I have not added it in manually.  Is this an update that hasnt happened yet, or will i need to add it in manually?

    Following the transition to One Super, it's likely that the system has undergone updates. To add the new fund, I recommend accessing the Superannuation screen now. As the transition was finalized on December 1, 2023, the system should now have updated information available for adding the new fund. Please proceed to the superannuation screen and attempt to add the new fund.

     

    Additionally, one of our community members recently provided valuable insights on successfully adding the superannuation fund. They've outlined clear steps that have proven effective in adding the superfund. Kindly refer to this post.

    We've consulted the Pay Super team regarding the changes in this Superfund, and they've confirmed being notified about these adjustments. Their recommendation is for customers to await the effective date before processing any Pay Super payments. This cautious approach helps to prevent potential issues that might arise during this transition.

    Hi Princess,

     

    I have same problem and it seems that the system has not been updated yet. I have a client who pays super every month and I need to add Living Super, a sub-plan onesuper by 21 December. If you could advise when we can expect for the update that would be much appreciated.

    Hi Princess,

     

    I am using MYOB Business and have received a notice to update ING from Living Super to OneSuper with USI 43905581638019 - however, upon searching in the drop down field, this fund cannot be found.

     

    Can you please advise how we go about finding this fund.  I have attached a screenshot of the message I received from MYOB.

     

    I noticed that you said another user has provided instructions on how to add, but that was for AccountRight.  It's now 9th December so the dropdown should by in Business as well.

    Hi LAL-Mary,

     

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    Since the transition was successfully completed on December 1, 2023, you should now be able to add the fund since MYOB has updated this in the backend. To add the superfund, kindly refer to this Help article, Set up superannuation funds, that has detailed information to assist with this. You may also check out the attached screenshot below for your reference:

     

     

    I've tried to add the new Living Super fund details, and it seems to be working fine. If you're experiencing any difficulties, try refreshing your system or clearing caches and cookies. If the fund still isn't appearing, please let me know, and I'm here to help.
