Lodging payroll with ATO error

I keep getting lodgement errors with the ATO, we have 27 staff and I'm only able to process 4 people at a time before I get a lodgement error.   MYOB keep closing my support requests (4 times now),...

Hi Sai

 

Please find attached a copy of the email I replied to and didn't receive anything further. I have also attached a screenshot of when I can be phoned to discuss, please note you called me back at 3pm, where we arranged for you to call me back between 9am to 12pm on Wednesday, no call occurred. I have lodged this case 3 times. No contact just closure of support requests.
