Log in to accept pay super changes

I keep recieving the email to log in to accept the pay super changes

I have logged in and confirmed about 5 times

What am I missing?

    Hi Niccoach,

     

    If you could send me a private message with your product serial number + business file name, I'll look into this for you.

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    Our teams are aware some clients that have already accepted the PDS are receiving these email/s, however, they have advised you to please ignore these emails if you have already accepted the PDS and are able to make super payments successfully.

      Is there anyway to check what date we accepted the PDS, as I have a super payment failed on 08/04/2022??
