Mercer Smartsuper being rejected

I have had two super payments made to Mercer Smartsuper following the closure of BT super deposited back into my account. I have tracked the employee they belong to, but do not know why this occured....

As per checking, the superfund is still active. Kindly double check the superfund details through The Help Article Super Funds List. Once checked, you may reprocess the super contribution. Please check The Help Article Reversing and reprocessing superannuation payments for further details.
