Moved from Accountright plus to Premier finalisation has changed staus

i hope someone can help

 

i did finalisation in the old file serial number went through to ATO   then myob migrated my file to Accountright premier  since then the finalisation has changed to not ready.

taken me a week of support emails to try and fix these issues still unresolved and emails may take a day to respond to my query regarding the instructions.

I ve been told to create a new file in my local library change all the employees to 0 and do the finalisation under the new product serial number.

but if it is local library I didn't think it would send an ATO update?

 

it had issues with the etp not included in the ytd verifaction in the new serial number whicjh is still there

If I do as requested will it not report the etp again??

 

any suggestions or help greatly appreciated
