I have found the same thing. Have 7 employees, no terminated ones or anything. Went to the payroll processing centre & 3 of our employess have 0.00 under gross payments. There is a figure under the PAYG withholding though. They are all in the same payroll category & I've checked it & it has been assigned to gross payments for ATO reporting. Any ideas why their figures are missing? Am on hold with support, but not getting far.

Hi Kristelle
Try running a $0 pay for the employees with missing amounts and see if it pushes their correct figures through. You may have to wait for your STP report to appear because of the heavy load on ATO servers today

Interesting turn, I've just checked the STP payrun summary report that was lodged today & all the figures are in there, including the missing ones, against the correct people. So it seems that maybe they have gone through correctly?
I don't know, I'm confused. Seems like a great idea, this STP, but maybe there's some ironing out to be done.

So I've checked the amounts in the payrun report that was lodged, against my payroll report & there are figures showing in their report that have been marked not-reportable in MYOB.
The salary sacrifice for one employee has also been calculated into their gross payments amount PLUS it's calculated in the deductions (before tax) figure, which I thought shouldn't be showing in this report, as they are marked not-reportable. So this makes it look like they earnt more than they did, thus not paying enough tax. If I do a manual payment summary, the gross amount showing is the correct amount (gross pay minus the salary sacrifice). Why isn't this reflected in the ATO payrun report?
Is this going to be an issue for them when they do their tax return, because supposedy they didn't have the right amount of tax taken out?

Thanks Tracey. I'll see if that works.
The only thing is, that I have 'finalised' it, as that's what the lady at support told me to do, as I think she was hoping it would come up with an error that there were no figures there!
