MYOB superannuation Clearing House

I am trying to edit User Roles via Pay Super Details and am getting the following error message:

{"code":10022,"message":"No active super registration found for this company.","status":500} 

We have already lodged several remittances via this clearing house previoulsy 

I am the Pay Super Administartor, the details for my mobile & email are correct and have never been altered.

As per the instructions, I should be able to add additional Authoriser's but keeo getting this error message.

What is a quick fix, the super deadline is only a couple of days away and we cannot get any documents signed by directors before the due date?
