MYOB Team issue - cant add employee to Approving Manager

I have a new employee, she has completed the onboarding and i have added her as an employee in MYOB Team, however when i go to add her to a location it doesn't allow me to.  This has never happened before.  How can i add her if the available employee dropdown box says "no matches found"?

    Hi Doreen

    Thanks, i have added them as an employee and i can see them on that tab, but When i click on locations and then try and add to my approving manager i can see all my current employees but just cant add my new one.

    Hey MBJackie,

     

    To make the employee appear in the location dropdown, you’ll need to add them in MYOB Team first before assigning a location. I’ve attached a link you can check for the steps on how to add an employee. Once that’s done, you should see them in the list without any issues.
