MYOB Teams Log In Error

We have some staff who are unable to log into MYOB Teams and receiving an Error asking them to try again later. This has been the case for an employee for the last 8 weeks.

 

I have checked the set up of each employee and is all correct. The employees who are expericing these problems as employees who have changed employment type i.e. full time to casual and employees who are seasonal workers and have been previous marked inactive then made active again.

    Welcome to the Community Forum. This can happen if an employment basis is changed on AccountRight and it doesn't flow through the Team app.

     

    Can you try removing the employee from the location list and the employee list, then re-invite them, get them to accept the invitation, and try to log in to the app again?

      Thank you. Can you explain how i remove them from the Employee List?

        To remove an employee from the location list:

         

        • In the MYOB Team admin portal, click the Locations tab.
        • Click a location.
        • Select the relevant employee.
        • Click Remove.
