For the payment summaries to be tax ready in your employees myGov, you will need to finalise the YTD amounts through STP.
I have attached a Help Article on end of year finalisation through STP to step you through the steps so that your employee payment summaries will become tax ready.
Finalising the YTD amounts is different from closing the financial year.
