On-Boarding New Employee

I have used on-boarding with previous employee but this time their details are not showing in their card even though they say they have completed it all at their end.  I have re-send the on-boarding...

Interesting, it didn't work if we sent employee onboarding email, but worked when we sent from employee card request to update information. Something going wrong with IT MYOB site.

Please fix your ISSUE!
