On Payslips for Leave Accurals, the Payslip is only showing Year to Date balances - not the total Leave Balance available

Today I had an issue with Payroll and spoke with someone at MYOB who ran some scripts and I could then only process small numbers of pays at a time to get them processed.  I thought all was fine howe...

I understand that you're experiencing an issue with leave accruals not showing on pay slips, despite the totals still being present in the employee's card files. It seems that leave accruals will not show on the pay slip if there are no Year-to-Date (YTD) accrued hours for the entitlement. You might want to check if this is the case. Also, you can check if the option to 'Show leave balances on pay slips' is ticked. You can find this by going to Payroll > Payroll Items > Sick Leave (or whichever leave type is relevant). Feel free to create a post again if you encounter any issues.
