Onboarding

Hi

Onboarding invite sent, employee recieved email, partially completed onboarding, however unable to re enter to complete.  Have tried to resend invite - states invite already sent.

how do i start afresh and resend onboarding invite so that employee can complete?

    Hi heirloom 

    Can you check if the partially completed details have been transferred over to the software and the employee card is already created?
