Onboarding
We had 4 new employees start this week, and AGAIN the PDF hasn’t attached for one of them.
Also, the ‘Income Type’ and ‘Country of Origin’ is still not prefilling on all completed onboarding.
I can’t understand why this keeps happening, extremely frustrating our end as we have a high turnover of staff.
Where is MYOB tech staff at with resolving this issue that has been going on since January? I have rung multiple times (each time almost 2 hours at a time), to be given the same response each time. We had none of these ongoing problems last year. It only started happening when we had an update at the start of this year.
Unacceptable – You might have to consider reducing the subscription costs if the product is substandard – your thoughts on this please?
