Overtime for one employee only disappeared for payroll register and I can't fix it

My payroll activity and payroll register are out by $1,075.15.

 

It is the aggregated amount of Overtime x 1.5 (20.25 hrs @ $826.01) and Overtime x 2 (4.75 hrs @ $249.14)  for 1 employee only.

 

I have had over 50 other employees paid on the same Overtime payroll categories that all went through fine. It is just the one employee that is out (Gross Wage and Net amount only are out same amount).

 

I have tried running 3 nil pays for this employee and it doesn't bring the Overtime that has been correctly paid to her (the payroll activity report is correct) over tot he payroll register like it is supposed to.

 

How do i fix this? 

 

If I do a reversal of the 20.25 hrs x OT1.5 and 4.75x OT2 then the Payroll Register will show a negative amount, and when I run the pay again for these hours, the Payroll register will come back to a nil amount (it shows the hours but not the Amt.)

 

I can't revisit the pay history as i have already paid the first wage run in July - so the pay history is only showing FY2024 tax year payroll info now.

    In this matter, you would need to check if there are changes made in the payroll categories. If yes, you would need to send update event or process a $0 pay run.
