Thanks for reaching out.
Sorry to hear about your difficulties. If we already finalize the FY 2022-2023 all changes that you make for that FY period will not reflect on your YTD Verification, as it was finalized. Also, ATO only collects YTD data so if the change does not affect the YTD values then you won't need to undo finalization or fix the pay run.
May I know what hinders you from making the correct pay run? Also, any screenshots of the error message would be much appreciated.

We just unreversed the pay run and left it be.
