Pay run keeps adding an extra hour

Hi,

 

When I generate a pay run for an employee, it adds an additional hour under wages.

E.g. employee worked 11 hours, but when generating a pay run when I select the employee > wages > hours are "12".

 

How do I prevent the additional hour from being added?

    So that I can advise further, do you use Timesheets when processing your employee's pay?
