Pay super error
Hi all.
I'm aware of the issues of trying to get through to helpdesk on the phone (I've been on hold for 20 minutes and my wait time is still 44-48 minutes!)
I got the attached error message when trying to pay staff super yesterday, and again today.
The employee has not changed his superfund/account. Nor have I changed any of his details, they've been the same for the past 7 years!
Hope someone can assist, or someone from MYOB can call me back!

Thank you for your post. I'm happy to assist, can you please confirm the employees superfund name, superfund ABN and the funds spin/usi number.
