Pay Super in MYOB

    Hi Sam_L,

     

    Managing super setups like that can be tricky. You can handle both the SMSF payment and extra super payment for a different fund by following this:

     

    • Before paying the other super fund from the Pay Superannuation window, go to the employee's card and temporarily switch the super fund to SMSF. This ensures payments go to the right place.

    It's a manual step, but it keeps your STP, payroll summaries, and compliance in order. Check the resources below for extra info.
