Pay super verification

HI Team

Am still waiting for the 1 cent deposit bank verification for super payments but have not received it after having received an email on 15/6/26 stating that it would take up to 3 days. Have sent email requests to pay super  and also tried calling but to no avail. Could someone assist on this please? Thanks
