Pay super

Hey EAHUJA1,

 

It's great to hear getting your super payment through before 30/06/2025. The “4030: Employer not found” error pops up when one of the systems Pay Super uses to check your business details or ABN is temporarily down, which can cause payments to fail. There's nothing wrong on your end. You can resubmit your super payment later once the system's back up and running. There’s an extra info about this error in the link included in your email if you want to take a look.
