Just to let people know.... i checked in with AI. The issue is a MYOB ARPlus Pay Super problem...... couldnt get hold of anyone either via chat or phone at MYOB, so went to A1.
My employees did not disappear from the screen this time. Weird how it was working fine for last 4 weeks, then it flipped out.
Here’s the workflow that avoids the bug completely:
Start: 1/6/26 End: 30/6/26
Wait until the employees appear.
Let the list populate fully.
Once the list is locked in, the Memo field won’t trigger a re-filter.
Everything will stay visible.
