Pay Superannuation

I processed pay superannuation on 1/3/22.  The funds have not been deducted from the business bank account, nor appeared in staff funds.  I dont remember it taking this long before.  Anyone else with...

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    We did have an issue with Pay Super a few weeks back which resulted in the service being temporarily disabled, this is more than likely in relation to your issue.

     

    So that I can advise further, could you please let me know what the status of the payment is under your 'Manage payments' window?

    Thank you for your response.  It was pending authorisation, so I have authorised it and it looks all good now, Kim
