Payday super cannot authorise

Is anyone else waiting over 15 business days to get authorities phone numbers verified? I’ve been told several times (after waiting on the phone for over two hours) that Cody will process it “tomorrow”. We’re still waiting and so cannot use the MYOB Super clearing house yet.

   Our bank account is verified but not our authorisors. So frustrating.

    Sorry I haven’t been able to get back to you sooner. I completely understand how frustrating the verification process has been, and it’s definitely not the experience we want for you. We’re currently receiving a high volume of requests, which is why wait times are longer than usual, but we’re working hard to bring those down and get things sorted as quickly as possible.

     

    To help with this, I’ve already followed up with the team handling your case so it can be looked at as soon as possible. I’m not able to promise an exact timeframe for their next update right now, but please be assured that I’ll keep an eye on your request from my side.

    Hi Princess,

    We are having the same issue and have been trying to call MYOB support and have not been able to get through as the waiting times are just too long! Any chance that someone can please let us know what is going on?

    Hi Mariean,

     

    Sorry the wait has been longer than expected while we’re managing a higher volume of requests. I’ve had a look and can confirm the form has already been received and is now waiting in the queue to be actioned. In the meantime, it’s also worth checking whether the other Pay Super authoriser has received the email verification to verify their phone number. If they haven't, make sure their phone number has already been added by following the steps from this link and look for Add and remove users, or edit roles.
