Payroll - First payrun in new financial year Times-out

I have tried to process he first payrun in the new financial year, which "times-out" at the point of Recording.

Pay Period is in the previous financial year with the payment date being 1st July, 2023

System "Hangs" after selecting "Record".

System returns with message "Retry" or "Cancel".

Selecting "Retry" results in the same outcome.

Only option is to select "Cancel".

Payroll is not recorded.

 

This problem has occurred in prior years as well

    To fix the issue, kindly clear cache your AccountRight software. Steps are provided through this link. If the error persists after clearing the cache of the AccountRight, could please take a screenshot of the error you received? Please make sure that sensitive information is remove before posting in the Forum.
