Payroll - First payrun in new Financial Year times-out

I have tried to process the first payrun in the new Financial Year, which "times-out" at the point of recording. Pay period 23/06/24 - 30/06/24 with payment date 04/07/24. System hangs for approx 4 m...

    This has now been resolved by MYOB support over the phone. Case ref 01820999. Thanks.

Hi Shella, 

 

As predicted MYOB has crashed again for the first payroll of the New Year. This is EXTREMELY frustrating. We have employees to pay today so please reply ASAP to have this sorted.

MichaelaJohnson​ 100% agree.  Shella_A​ same thing just happened to my first payroll of the New Year. Crazy that this happens every year and still no fix in place. Please provide a solution ASAP.
