Payroll bank file with Apple Products
Hi, I have tried to do the Payroll from home on an Apple Ipad but the bank file generated has never worked. Has anyone had any luck doing this and what am I doing wrong? Thanks

HI Chris,
The banking tab is greyed out on the Windows based computer.
I don't know whether the file works on a Windows based computer as when I want to use it I am at home with a Apple iPad.
I would assume it wouldn't as it doesn't seem to save it with the ABA file extension - and yes I have attempted to resave the file with an ABA extension but it still doesn't work.
Surely this isn't a hard question - are there others who have tried this?
So many people have Apple products I am flabbergasted that there isn't a solution already worked out here.

Thank you for that, with that information I was able to look into this more. You will need to be using a windows device to be able to download the .aba file. It's not working from the Ipad because you need the file downloaded does need to be a .aba file.
Currently, iPads aren't able to download '. aba' files. If you don't have access to a laptop or computer, you may be able to get an app from the Apple store that'll allow you to download these file types.
