Thanks for sharing those screenshots; they're really helpful. I understand it's been a tough time, especially with the long phone wait. Let's try to sort this out. The inactive card error is due to a link to an inactive card file. Check if there are any linked to the employees you're processing payments for. Untick the inactive ones or activate them if they're included in the pay run, then try processing the pay again. The application timeout issue might be due to the size of the payrun. Try reducing pay batches to 50 pays or less at a time. This has helped in some cases.
