Payroll Database error

Hi Folks,   I had a payroll issue last year, the MYOB people logged in and ran a script over my payroll database to fix an issue, but created an even bigger problem. My details in the payroll card...

Hi robmccudden, 

 

That’s a bit odd. Our scripts shouldn’t change any card details. Best to get in touch with our support team so we can check it out properly. You can reach out by creating a support ticket on the MyAccount window, or go through MOCA, our virtual assistant, to get to live chat.
